Chicken & Shrimp quesadillas
•2 large chicken beasts
•1 lb. of shrimp
•package of large tortillas
•pico de gallo
•pink Himalayan salt
This first step is completely personal preference.
¹. Either cut up chicken beasts into small squares before cooking OR cook whole chicken beast and shred once fully cooked.
². Saute your shrimp
³. Take your butter and spread on the outside of the tortilla
⁴. Fill half of your tortilla with shredded cheese, chicken and shrimp and more shredded cheese on top
⁵. Flip the other half over and place in the oven for about 5 minutes on each side (or until slightly crispy)
