Black Bean burrito

•2 cans of black beans cooked

•Red, orange and yellow bell peppers sautéed with red and white onions

•Brown rice steamed with cilantro cut up and lime juice in it

•All wrapped in a wheat tortilla and put in the oven for about 3 minutes on broil to make it a little crispy

•Then for the sides/toppings-Mexican hot sauce, jalapeños, avocado, tomatoes and shredded romaine lettuce.
