5 Reasons I believe the Art of Relaxation is so important; & why you should practice also!

Look. I get it. Life is hard. There is so much freakn stress that comes along with it. Now, some stress is good for us. It keeps us on our toes. Then there's the other stress; it gets us flustered & really has us walking like a ballerina. It's basically a never ending good stress/ bad stress cycle. This cycle had caused me to re-evaluate my entire situation & how I approach certain things. Well; actually, EVERYTHING! I hate feeling out of control. Sometimes I just need to stop! Right here, right now. Get it together and approach it from the other side. In that moment, it's just too much to continue. I need to come up with a plan and think with a rational mind. Not a stressed mind. I know it can be hard at times, but sometimes you just HAVE to make time; even if it's only 5 minutes. The world is so rushed, but me? I can't just make a life altering decision just because I need to hurry up. All we have is time. Take it. You have that. This is why I have decided to incorporate the Art of Relaxation into my everyday life. Relaxation truly is an art. It is to be appreciated. This is so important to me & it excites me so much that I just have to share. Plus, we're friends. {Friends don't let friends operate under stress💜}
